Corporate WISH CGHS - Central Guest History Software

WISH CGHS is a guest history / Customer Information System (CIS) that tracks guest profiles by any relevant parameter set by an individual hotel or hotel chain. In addition to user defined guest attributes, Corporate WISH CGHS also tracks 'incidents' during the guest's visit, records guest feedback and acts as a communication centre & guest contact log.
