The Seahorse Residences has been a development by Benetti Design & Architecture & Construction Company who are based in Ankara. The company was started in 1969 and has grown since then to its present size acquiring divisions to add to its strength in design and construction, their background has a wide portfolio of design and construction contracts ranging from government institutional contracts, 5star hotel for the ministry of tourism and work for Japanese archeological clients amongst the others.
